Return Policy

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM OR ITEMS? Returns are at your expense. Please ensure that you follow the instructions for making a return request directly on our website. Then follow the steps of the procedure to exchange a product and inform yourself at a Canada Post counter for an estimate of the costs.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT AND WANT TO EXCHANGE IT? Products purchased between the 1st and 24th of December can be exchanged until January 14 online and in stores with the presentation of the invoice.

CAN I GET A REFUND IN STORE FOR AN ONLINE PURCHASE? Yes. Unused products that were not identified as being on clearance can be exchanged within 10 days following the receipt of the merchandise. When you go to the store, make sure to have the original invoice and the item you wish to return to facilitate the transaction.

Terms: The product(s) must be returned to us in their original packaging. Only new condition products will be accepted.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST ONLINE? You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the merchandise for regular-priced items only. Sale items are final sales.

It is possible that the product may be damaged during transport or even in its production. We give you up to 5 days after its receipt to return the product to us. Just fill out the return section in your customer account right here.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT ONLINE? You have up to 10 days following the receipt of your order to return one or more new condition products to us. The products must have their labels, be in their box or original packaging, in addition to not having been worn or washed. Only regular-priced products* are eligible for exchanges!

Process:

1. Fill out the return form on our website and wait for a return authorization number from our customer service.

2. Purchase the new product you want in exchange: right color or different size.

3. Go to the Canada Post counter and return the package to the sender. Shipping costs are at your expense.*

4. Comédie reserves the right not to take back a product they deem damaged and that does not meet the return conditions. *WE ONLY REFUND PRODUCTS, NOT THE INITIAL SHIPPING FEES.

5. The amount of the first purchase will be refunded to your card upon receipt of the item at our warehouse, if after verification everything is in accordance with our requirements.

    *You are responsible for the return costs unless, during the agreement, we indicated that your case was an error on our part.

    WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT ONLINE? It is possible to exchange, get a credit, or refund items purchased online within 14 days following the date of purchase, according to the standard conditions listed above. *** We cannot refund on the store's POS system; the refund will be made by the web from Monday to Friday.

    IMPORTANT: ORIGINAL BOXES OF SHOES AND OTHER PACKAGING

    Shoes must be returned in their original boxes in good condition, without postal labels, stickers, or adhesive tape directly on them. You must always protect the products and pack them securely before returning them to us.
